Testimonials & Referral Notes
Worked with Grace in her previous job and she always had a friendly demeanour, which makes it easy to share my concerns. Through proper understanding, she assists to recommend and does not push products.
She has been very helpful with my policies, assisting me thoroughly in areas I had queries about with the company. She also reaches out actively to ensure I am updated on my policies, which is a welcomed change from my previous consultants. Highly committed to her work, I would recommend Grace to anyone who needs advice planned in their best interests.

Responsible and trustworthy
Responsible, reliable and trustworthy, Grace embodies the traits of a great Financial Consultant. She is not only warm and jovial as a person but also precise and accurate when it comes down to business. She conducts herself professionally and displays great patience when dwelling deep to understand my present financial situation and future plans for myself personally and my family as a whole. With her help through our discussions, she has helped me plan for my future with great detail and care to ensure that I meet all my financial goals and have sufficient protection for my family throughout my journey. She is a sincere and true friend and I appreciate all her help and support.
Adrien (Private Banker)
Upon my first encounter with Grace, I was immediately struck by her approachable and amiable nature. She took great care to explain the fundamentals of financial planning and the nuances of various policies with remarkable patience. Prior to suggesting any relevant products, she took considerable effort to comprehend my present circumstances, needs, goals, and future plans. Engaging her as my financial consultant has been an absolutely rewarding decision, and I have no cause for regret.
Kah Yee (Engineer)
I have known Grace for a long time as a fellow aerialist, and never once has she bothered me to purchase anything from her. From time to time, I would pop up out of the blue and ask her random questions on a particular insurance-related topic, and she has always given me her time and answered my questions (even as a non-client).
Today, we spoke about purchasing a Personal Accident plan for myself. Actually, I was pretty much prepared to simply purchase this myself on Prudential’s website and indicate her as the advisor serving me. I was surprised that Grace wanted to bring me through this personally given that it is a fairly straightforward policy (and therefore a “lower value” one for her in terms of earnings). Our conversation ended up being more than 1 hour! I appreciate the detail and care which Grace put into her presentation of the policy options, and the efficiency in which the purchase was effected (I barely had to do anything, it was great). She took a position as to what was and was not suitable or recommended, and explained it very well. I left feeling that I had made a considered purchase and did not feel pressured or overwhelmed at any point in the process.
Another point of note for those considering Grace to act as your financial advisor: she’s been in the field for a while and is a consistent top performer at Pru, which means that she is probably less likely to quit the company/field and leave you hanging!
Shu Yu (Lawyer)

Grace was referred to me by a loved one just as I was looking to review my insurance policies, consolidate them and solidify my coverage. From the get go, she was amicable, knowledgeable and discerning which really helped when it came down to discussing my financial needs and the sort of products that would benefit me. At no point did I feel the pressure of hard-selling that is commonplace when it comes to financial products, and I felt that Grace listened to my concerns, took them into consideration and was genuine in her approach.
In addition, due to previous medical conditions, my insurance journey was a bit more complex than simply signing the necessary documents but Grace was patient and persistent in assisting me in whatever ways she could to make the whole process smooth. Truly appreciated her efforts.
I would definitely recommend her as your financial adviser.

I first know Grace as a financial consultant when I was approached by her years back and I am extremely glad I stopped to listen. Since then, she has turned into a friend and more importantly, an excellent financial consultant.
Highly responsive, responsible and patient, she takes the time to ensure that you have understood fully the policy before purchasing and has been quick to respond to any subsequent queries I have.
I feel safe and assured with her as my financial consultant.
Jonathan (Accountant)
As someone in my late-20s, I've always felt that managing financials has a steep learning curve - I have little to no formal training, and it has become a constant worry for me that my money is just not going where it should.
For this reason, I'm really glad I met Grace. She helped me map out my short and long term financial goals, and explained how I could optimize my insurance coverage to best fulfill my needs. With her pleasant demeanor, crystal-clear presentation style, zero hard-sell and most importantly a comprehensive mastery of financial and product knowledge, Grace has aided me in understanding not just insurance but my overall financial situation better.
Some might find it daunting to meet FAs - but for Grace, I'd definitely say give it a shot. It's not easy to find someone so customer-centric and committed to creating value.

Meticulous, responsible and passionate
My impression of Grace is an enthusiastic person with a cheerful personality. She is also very meticulous, responsible and passionate in her job.
As an agent, Grace displayed great knowledge in her role and had provided me with comprehensive plans that cater to my need. Thanks to her, my knowledge in insurance policies has expanded drastically and she is definitely a person I could look up to upon doubts.
Beside policies, Grace is also open and keen to casual chats which breaks the ice between her and the clients. I had a nice time chatting with her which made the whole process really pleasant.
Overall, Grace has balances well as a professional and a friend to her clients. I believe my financial plan will be no doubts in good hands to her.

Clear and provides insightful perspectives
Hi All,
Grace was introduced to me by my sister, and very approachable during our discussion and made me feel comfortable talking to her and asking her about any queries that I had. She was very clear in her explanations and offered a new perspective on the policies that were being recommended. Glad to have met up with her (though virtually)!

Grace was incredibly friendly, personable, well-spoken and professional. She evidently takes her job very seriously and I could trust that she knew everything there was to know about each policy in Prudential. Her multiple accolades are a testament to her hardworking and amiable nature. Grace’s ability to simplify technical jargon is quite remarkable.

Genuine and understanding
Had a session with Grace through my friend’s recommendation and it was a really nice and beneficial one. She was genuine and make the effort to understand my lifestyle to better review my plans. Best of all, there were no hard selling. She gave me really good advices that was useful and insightful. Thank you grace! :)
Chris (Pre-school teacher)
She always has my best interests
I have always deprioritised insurance and insurance to me was a “good to have” but not a “must have”. I did not have a good impression of Financial Consultants and felt that they were often trying to push products which would give them the highest commission.
Grace gave me a completely opposite experience. Through her patient guidance, I understood how essential insurance was in hedging risk. Grace took the time to understand my life priorities and analysed what would be the most suitable products for me. I know that she always has my best interests at heart and I can trust her completely with my financial portfolio.
I would recommend Grace to anyone looking for a capable, understanding and above all, trustworthy Financial Consultant.

And so the journey begins!
Grace, as I know her, is an extremely talented and driven individual, someone that I want to see do well in her endeavors. What I find truly stands out about her, is her approach from the clients perspective coupled with the implicit product research that went on behind the scenes, topped up with a very ’Grace-like’ client-centric service that will exceed your expectations. Imagine that and you will know, these are oftentimes inherent attributes in people.
Obviously it’s natural to be skeptical about anything that you are sold on the streets, but the short conversation we had had already set her apart from the others. It turned out pretty quickly that I was the fortunate one in this meeting. For starters, Grace made sure we started off on the right foot by getting to know her client and having her client to know her better, which is that ideal two-way approach for a long term relationship you would want to have with your financial consultant. The quality of product recommendations that she makes thereafter, bundled with the research that she has done and cost benefit analysis based on your profile, would be the conclusion of your research had you been extremely diligent, only that it’s a version that is so much better.
In the fragmented industry of structured retail products the most important factors to be considered would be: the trust in the provider and the product research & analysis. However, that would still be insufficient if without the strong financial knowledge as the foundation. The lack thereof is usually what deters people from these products, which depending on circumstances are actually beneficial not only to them but also to the people around them and their lifestyles. Grace’s various stints in the financial industry and her analytical approach have been instrumental to providing the conclusive bulletproof recommendations that so require as clients. As proof of being a cut above the competition, the majority of her existing clientele are from the financial industry. Personally for me, it comes as no surprise that these financially sophisticated individuals would choose to work with her on their own financial planning.
I hope that you will find this testimony to be a conclusive experience for you and that you will also soon share your experiences with others in the near future.
Bryan (Asset Manager)
Grace invests her time to cultivate a personal relationship, beyond understanding my financial needs. In spite of her accomplishments in this area, she continues to seek feedback for growth! Keep up the great work, Grace!
Cherlyn (Investment Bank Ops)
Helpful and Responsible
Grace is a very helpful and responsible Financial Consultant to have. The insurances introduced by her are catered to your needs based on your financial capabilities.
I am someone who doesn’t understand much about what sort of protection I need for myself but thankfully, I have Grace here to explain and simplify it for me.
She is also very meticulous and will go an extra mile to bring the greatest satisfaction to her clients.
I am glad that my friend introduced me to Grace and I’m sure whoever has her as their Financial Consultant will feel the same way and will be well protected too.

I just want to commend Grace for her exceptional service in planning for my financial needs. As I’ve signed up quite a number of policies over the years, she took her time to understand all my policies and work out the area that require more attention, and plan accordingly to make sure I’m not missing out any area. Grace is very prompt in answering my questions and concerns and she posse’s excellent knowledge in her products to recommend the correct one that suits my need. Warm, genuine, and reliable
Before meeting Grace, insurance seemed pointless and irrelevant to me, but after a few sessions, i'm now cognizant of the importance and applicability of insurance in my work life.
As i start on my new journey in the working world, it's nice to have someone to consult and to show me how i can protect myself financially.
She also taught me how to properly protect myself in the right areas, and not mindlessly place my assets in areas that doesn't need it.
She also has a warm and genuine personality which sets her apart from the other Financial Consultants that i have come across before.
I strongly recommend Grace as a Financial Consultant if you appreciate someone that shows genuine concern and gives reliable and accurate advice.
